- Independent Contractor Relationship: Any marketing contractors engaging with our network do so strictly as independent contractors. No employer-employee relationship is established.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
